Changes to the terms
This is what changed in the Terms of Service and in the Terms for trainers and organizations, when the change took effect, and when we gave notice of it in advance. We give at least 30 days' notice of material changes before they take effect. This list exists so that can be checked, and it starts on the day it was introduced — we have not written up changes made before then, because a list reconstructed after the fact looks like contemporaneous evidence without being any.

No advance notice was given: nobody was bound by the previous version when the change was made. Three new sections in the Terms of Service: how payment works and what happens if it does not arrive, what applies when the trainer cancels or moves a session, and that we compile aggregated statistics about how the service is used. The terms for trainers and organizations were split into their own document. That is where the section on what happens when the test period ends lives, because the test period is about publishing, and it also gained a limitation of liability, indemnity, force majeure, confidentiality, and general contract terms. The Terms of Service gained the ones that are reasonable against a consumer: no agency, force majeure, assignment, and severability. The privacy policy gained a new purpose, covering aggregated statistics.
