How a report works

What you can report

Use this form for content you believe is illegal or breaks our terms of use – for example a review containing personal attacks or threats, a course description with illegal content, or someone else’s personal details posted without permission.

How we handle your report

  1. You get a confirmation at the email address you give us.
  2. A human being – not an automated system – reviews the report.
  3. We may hide the content, remove it, suspend an account, or leave the content in place.
  4. We tell you what we decided and why.

If you disagree with a decision

If we hide or remove your content, or suspend your account, we tell you why. If you want the decision reconsidered, get in touch here – a human being reviews it again. You can also take the matter to court or to the competent authority.

This form is our notice-and-action mechanism under Article 16 of the EU Digital Services Act (DSA).

Report content

We send the confirmation and our decision to this address.

Paste the link if you have one. If you do not, describing where the content is works too.

This confirmation is required under DSA Article 16 for the report to be complete. We store the fact that you gave it together with the report.

Checking that you are not a robot…

We use your name and email to acknowledge the report and tell you what we decided. The report is deleted 12 months after we have handled it. The person you report is told what we decided and why. How we handle personal data.
