One course, start to finish
One course round with several sessions, from publishing to evaluation. This is how it runs in Fidova, step by step.

You publish the course and share the link
You set up the round with its sessions, the number of places and your price, and share the course link through your usual channels, such as Facebook and your website. Customers sign themselves up.

Signups land in the participant list
Each dog arrives with its owner and payment status. Once the places are taken the next signup goes on the waiting list, and the first in line is offered the place if someone drops out.

You confirm payments in one place
The customer pays you with Swish and marks the booking as paid, and you confirm when the money has arrived.

The group gets its own course chat
Messages to the whole group and one-to-one conversations are in one place. Before each session, participants get a reminder by email.

You mark attendance
You tick off who came, session by session. Participants see their own attendance on their booking.
- 06
Material arrives when it is needed
You upload the course material once. It can unlock a few days before the course starts, on a date you choose, or when a particular session is over, such as notes or homework after the class.

When you complete the round, every participant gets an email about the course evaluation, and the answers are shown per round.

Create an account
You create an account and tell us what your business is called, what you do and how customers reach you.

Payment and tax details
You add your Swish number and the details Skatteverket requires us to hold about sellers. Once we have reviewed your business it goes public, and courses you publish can be booked.

Create Courses and Schedule Course Rounds
You add the course with its description and price and schedule a course round: the date and time of each session, and where you meet. If you offer private training, you set up its times and prices too.

Share the course with your clients
You publish the course and share the link through your own channels. Sign-ups land in the course's participant list.
What we look for
Four things need to be true before you can publish with us.
- You are a registered business: sole trader, limited company or association
- You can describe your background and how you work
- The business has liability insurance
- Responsive, reliable communication with clients
We would rather see a few years of hands-on experience and a training qualification, but we require neither. We do not assess methods or competence. The dog owner chooses. What we require when it comes to the dog is on a page of its own.
Free during the test period
What is included, and what is not.
- No fee to run courses
- During the test period, creating, publishing and running courses on Fidova costs you nothing, however many you run.
- No card needed
- You do not hand over any payment details to get started, and there is nothing to cancel later.
- The trainer sets the price
- A course costs what the trainer decides, and the dog owner pays the trainer directly. Fidova neither receives nor holds that money.
- At least 30 days' notice
- Before the platform costs anything, you are told the price and the date it starts, at least 30 days in advance. Nothing costs money until you have chosen a paid option yourself.

The platform costs nothing during the test period. When we introduce paid plans you will find them here, and you will be told at least 30 days before they apply.
Before you start
- Do my customers need an account?
- Yes, to book. Anyone can read the course page without one, but to book, the customer signs in or creates an account.
- Does it cost my customers anything?
- No. Booking through Fidova costs nothing. The customer pays the course price directly to you.
- How do I get paid?
- With Swish, directly to you. The customer marks the booking as paid and you confirm when the money has arrived. Fidova never receives or holds the money.
- What will Fidova cost after the test period?
- The price is not set yet. Before anything costs money you are told the price and the date it starts, at least 30 days in advance, and nothing costs money until you have chosen a paid option yourself.
- Can I offer private lessons?
- Yes, from 1 November. You set up your offerings with times, places and prices now, so customers can book from day one.
- Can I bring my existing customers?
- Yes. You share the course link in your own channels, and your customers sign themselves up there.
- What happens to my data if I leave?
- You can export your data at any time, including after you have closed your account and before the data is deleted: courses, course rounds, participant lists and what you entered yourself. How it is processed and deleted is set out in the data processing agreement.
