If you run courses
If you have a dog
Everyone on the course round with their dog, owner and payment status, plus attendance per session. No separate spreadsheet on the side.
What we check, and what we don't
- We review every new trainer
A person on our team reviews every new trainer before they go public and checks that they are a real person or business. If the business has an organisation number we look it up at Bolagsverket. We do not assess competence, methods or safety, and a trainer being here is not a recommendation from us. Credentials and certifications shown on a profile are the trainer's own statements.
- Every trainer here is a business
It is a condition of publishing — private individuals cannot list courses or premises. That means Swedish consumer law applies to your agreement with the trainer, exactly as it would for any other purchase of a service.
- You always see who you are buying from
Every course and premises page names the seller, where they are and how to reach them. The agreement is between you and the trainer; Fidova is not a party to it.
- Vaccination requirements are set by the organiser
Where the organiser has stated which vaccinations are required, they are shown at booking, and you confirm to the organiser that your dog meets them. Fidova checks no vaccination certificates and stores none — we store only what you stated.
