Finding a trainer
Every course is held by a trainer who belongs to an organisation. The organisation is the seller when you book, the trainer is the one in the room, and in a small business they are the same person. You can work from the course or from the trainer. Both routes lead to the same pages.
Browse and search
Open Trainers to see who is on the platform. You can search by name, specialty or place, and filter the list down. If you would rather start from what you need to work on, begin under Courses and click through to whoever holds it.
How the ordering is decided
The sort you choose decides the order, and there is no hidden scoring behind it. Name is the default and is alphabetical. Date, price and rating sort on exactly that field, and results with no value land last. Nearest first counts distance in whole kilometres from the centre of a place: pick one among the filters, or let the browser say roughly where you are. Your position is rounded to the nearest place before it is used, and the exact coordinate is never stored or shared. Placement cannot be bought. We do not charge for appearing higher up and we do not favour any trainer or organisation.
What a profile shows
A trainer profile shows the introduction, the experience, stated certifications, where the trainer is based and which courses they hold. The certifications are stated by the trainer. So is the note about liability insurance: we show that it has been declared and on what date, not that we have seen a policy. Reviews sit on the organisation's page and on the course page. They belong to the course or to the organisation rather than to an individual trainer, because you book a round and the organisation decides who holds it.
What our check means
A trainer states that they are a trader before they may publish courses, and a person on our team reviews every new trainer before they go public. If the business has an organisation number we look it up at Bolagsverket. Only businesses may publish here, and that is what makes Swedish consumer protection apply to your booking. We do not assess methods, competence or safety. A trainer being here is not a recommendation from us, so read the profile and ask for yourself.
Asking before you book
Contact details are on every course and facility page, in the About the seller box: email, phone and address, along with the organisation number and company form. Messaging inside Fidova opens only once you have a booking together, so before that it is email or phone.
Booking with a trainer
From the profile, open one of their courses and pick a round that suits you. From there it is the same booking as any other course, described in Booking a course.
