Booking a facility
Trainers and organisations can rent out their facilities by the hour. You book a length and a start time rather than a place in a group, and no course and no trainer is included in what you rent. Otherwise it works like a course booking: the same payment, the same right of withdrawal, and the same answer about who you are buying from.
Finding a facility
Open Facilities to see what is on offer. You can search by facility, place or organiser, and filter by price and distance. The facility page carries the description, the pictures, the opening hours, where it is and who offers it. The price is shown as a from-price, because it can differ between times of day.
Pick a length, a day and a time
First choose how long you want and which date, then press Show available times. You get the times that are free that day. If you need longer than the lengths on offer you can book several slots in a row. The total is worked out before you confirm. If there are no times that day, try another. The opening hours and what is already booked decide what you can choose.
Paying
The time is reserved when you book, and paid for the same way as a course: Swish to the organiser from the facility booking under My bookings, then I have paid so the organiser can confirm. Facility prices can carry öre, unlike most course prices. The amount on the booking is the one that applies.
Withdrawing and cancelling
The right of withdrawal works the same: 14 days from the booking, ending when the booked time starts at the latest. The button on the booking reads Withdraw from booking while the period runs and Cancel after it. What comes back on an ordinary cancellation is the organiser's to decide, exactly as for courses. The facility's own rules
The organiser sets the terms for the facility, and they are stored as they looked when you booked. You find them on the facility page under About the seller, together with the contact details. The organiser is responsible for the facility and for it being as described. Fidova provides the platform, never receives any rent and is not a party to the agreement. You are responsible for your dog while you are there. That follows from Swedish law whether or not anyone was at fault, and it is normally covered by the liability cover in a home insurance policy.
